Return & Refund Policy

Homandus offers a 7 days hassle free return policy for most products. If your purchase has not met your expectations, you can make a return of your order.
(Please note that returns in misused condition, without intact tags or those received after 7 days from the received date of the package will not be accepted.)

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN

We only accept returns on products that are unused and have a tag intact.
We do not accept return if you mistakenly placed an order for wrong product.
We do not accept return if we delivered the correct product as ordered.
Before requesting a return, please ensure that the product is eligible for return.
Please note that your refund/replacement will be initiated only after a thorough quality check of the returned products. If the products are not in appropriate condition, the company reserves the right to withhold the refunds/replacement.
If a customer returns an incorrect product during the order pick-up, we shall not be held liable for any refund, replacement or re-shipment of the product.
In case of any in-transit damage from our end or in case any incorrect product has been sent to you, we will send you a fresh product at no extra cost to you.
Our return window is 7 days from the date the order is delivered. If your order was delivered on Monday, you are eligible to raise a return request until coming Sunday. Any requests submitted after this will be declined.
We do not accept return or replacement requests for products that have been customized.
We will not be accepting any return/replacement requests after one exchange has already been done.
We will try our level best to arrange for the reverse pickup. However, we can not make any promises since reverse pickups are not possible in the case of certain pin codes. In that case you will have to arrange to ship or drop the product back to our warehouse. Costs incurred by you will be reimbursed to you towards shipping costs in your bank account/store credit. The receipt/invoice of the courier that you send will need to be shared with us via email for our reference. The amount will be refunded post the quality check.

 

REFUND POLICY

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. After we receive the product, the quality check usually takes 2 working days. Following this, If refunds will be approved, then it will be credited to your account within 1-7 business days

Refunds for online payments can be processed either back to the source or as store credit. For payments by cash on delivery (COD), refunds are processed only as store credit. This is non-negotiable. Furthermore, no refund will be made back to the source account once the customer has exchanged the product once already. Refunds will then be processed only as store credit.
